The brief
The studio delivers commercials, branded content and episodic work out of Kuala Lumpur. Adobe subscriptions had been bought piecemeal by individual editors, on personal cards, with renewal dates scattered across the year. Freelancers came and went, seats were stranded, and finance had no single view of what the studio was paying for.
They asked us for one thing first: make the licensing correct and predictable — then make the workstations keep up with 4K timelines.

How the licensing works now
Everything sits under one Adobe VIP agreement through OG Solutions as the Adobe reseller. Seats are assigned and reclaimed from the Adobe Admin Console, so a freelancer can be given a Premiere Pro seat for a three-week edit and have it returned to the pool afterwards. Renewals are co-termed to one date, quoted in MYR, and raised against a normal purchase order rather than a personal card.
On the hardware side, we matched the edit and grade bays to the codecs they actually cut with, so the software spend wasn't wasted on machines that stall in playback. See our workstation and hardware line or configure a rig.
