What is the difference between Adobe Creative Cloud individual and Teams in Malaysia?+
Individual plans are bought by one person with a credit card and cannot be reassigned. Creative Cloud for Teams is bought through an authorised Adobe reseller in Malaysia, is invoiced to the company in MYR, includes the Adobe Admin Console for adding and reassigning seats, adds 1TB storage per user and advanced 24/7 technical support. Teams is the correct option for any registered business.
How many seats do I need?+
One named-user seat per person who signs in, not per computer. A seat can be reassigned when someone leaves, so buy for concurrent staff rather than headcount. We help audit existing usage before quoting so you do not over-buy.
When should we move from Teams to Enterprise?+
Move to Creative Cloud for Enterprise when you need federated single sign-on, enterprise-managed storage and asset ownership, advanced admin delegation, or a large multi-department deployment. Most Malaysian studios and agencies stay on Teams; broadcasters, universities and large corporates typically move to Enterprise.
How are renewals handled?+
All seats in an Adobe VIP agreement share an anniversary date. We track that date, review your seat count before renewal, remove unused seats and re-quote in MYR so nothing auto-renews at the wrong size.
Can I add seats mid-term?+
Yes. Seats added mid-term are pro-rated to your existing anniversary date, so everything renews together. We can usually provision new seats the same working day.
