Project delivery
A scoped engagement (pipeline audit, studio fit-out, render farm deployment or fleet refresh) delivered to a fixed timeline with training and handover included.
Annual partnership
An ongoing retainer covering licence renewals, priority support, hardware maintenance and quarterly pipeline reviews. Most of our long-term clients choose this.

Do you only work with large studios?
No. We support everyone from one-person freelance setups to 200-seat broadcast facilities. Consultations are free, and we scale our recommendations to your budget and growth plan, you only buy what your pipeline actually needs.
Can you deploy and support what you sell?
Yes: that's the difference between us and a box-shifting reseller. Every software, workstation or storage purchase can include installation, configuration, staff training and an ongoing support contract with on-site response in the Klang Valley and remote support nationwide.
Do you handle government and corporate procurement?
Yes. OG Solutions Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia Ministry of Finance (MOF) registered company, and we regularly prepare quotations, tender documents and ePerolehan-ready paperwork for government agencies, GLCs, universities and enterprise procurement teams.
